✅ Developed, designed cross-platform production of DYNE App using Flutter (MVC with REST API) with a backend in MEN, GKE cloud and Dyne Web Dashboard using React and Next.js front end and MERN stack backend.
✅ Created Agile scrums for 21 developers in the team: beta testing, data-driven UX research, DevOps, cloud management, 75% test coverage, automated CI/CD, Firebase Analytics + KPIs, API integration, code review, Jira, and ClickUp.
✅ Grew company 40x to a 4M valuation in 2.5 years, created product-market fit, and became the top 1 venture in BC.
